the location proved very convenient (a real time-saver!). the breakfast included a good variety, and it was nice to have that taken care of each morning. i also found the staff helpful with directions and information. i really appreciated that.
i wished there was better soundproofing in the room.

the king room sofa bed offered ample space and a functional layout. it had comfortable furniture. useful storage options. the room included a mini-fridge and a well-lit workspace.

breakfast featured a selection of hot and cold items, including eggs, sausages, cereals and pastries. coffee and juice were readily available. (the coffee could have been stronger, but it did the job!) the breakfast area was kept clean and tidy.

The breakfast area was pretty cramped. it was hard to get around when lots of people were there. also, the pillows were very flat. I needed more to be comfortable. the location felt a bit unsafe after dark, i saw some questionable activity outside.

the staff was helpful, especially with directions. i liked having quick access to transportation options. The included breakfast offered several choices, including hot and cold items. The room size was adequate and provided enough space for luggage.
I noted a slight delay waiting for the elevator during peak hours. the lift was occasionally busy, resulting in a short wait.

the hotel location was very convenient, right opposite the train station. i found the staff friendly and helpful . the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options to choose from. i would consider returning to this hotel again.
The pillows in the room were quite thin, i could have used extra support. the area outside the hotel could get crowded during the day with people waiting for buses. i noticed the water pressure in the shower was not very strong. It was difficult to get a good rinse.

the staff was helpful, it is true.
The room was colder than i expected since the air conditioning was running instead of heating. I asked about it four times, but the temperature never changed. the hotel did not resolve my complaint and the bathroom door had big gaps, so there was no privacy at all.
